God at Work

“God is working on your behalf even before you know what to ask for or before you know there is a need.  Real contentment is realizing that a sovereign God is already at work on your behalf regardless of how the circumstances look.”

A text message that I received from Rose of ALNP-Makati last Thursday.  Yes, God is really at work… He knows what we need even before we ask.  I didn’t ask for this opportunity to be able to go back to school and pursue my dream but He gave it to me.  It was unexpected…really! But it was a wonderful surprise and a blessing.  I know this is not going to be easy but I’m confident that God is with me in this journey.  I shouldn’t ask for more because He’s given me more than enough.  I just have to do my part and He will be in-charge of the rest.  I am so blessed that I would also want to be a blessing to others and serve Him in every possible way I could.  And even with the most simple service that I will gladly and wholeheartedly give, I know He’ll be  proud of me.  And that, more than anything else inspires me to keep going, to go farther, to strive harder, to do more and to give more. #CAL
