I Am With You ALWAYS

We were dismissed earlier so I was able to attend the anticipated mass in Greenbelt Chapel.  I was quite distracted because  I was thinking on how am I going to fix my schedule.  I just learned this morning that we’re going to have a special class on Monday from 8am to 5pm and I am required to work on that day as well, even if it’s a holiday…   I can’t afford to miss our special class… What am I going to do?!?! I’ll just probably do some close stuff at home to lessen the work load on Monday, then hopefully I can leave the office early and attend our special class.  Bless me Lord, I just hope there’s no exam tomorrow….

During the homily, I was struck with what the priest said…”God loves us so much and He’s telling us, DO NOT BE AFRAID FOR I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS“.  And believe it or not, I knew right there and then that it’s really God talking to me.  It’s been His constant message to me for years now and yet I still tend to worry too much, still afraid for so many things…

God is telling me once again to put my 100% trust and confidence in Him.  I have to trust His ways and keep my faith because He is in-charge.  No matter how hard it may seem, I just have to surrender everything…and that includes all my worries and fears.#CAL
