Random word for the day which I found in the dictionary is breeches. Got a bit confused with the spelling though. Is it breeches or britches? Have to find out…here’s what I got. The former refers to an item of male clothing which cover the body from the waist down, with separate coverings for each leg, usually stopping just below the knee, though in some cases reaching to the ankles while the latter which basically means the same, just reflects a common pronunciation, and is often used in casual speech to mean trousers or “pants”. It’s worn in America in the late 18th century. And oh, by the way…it’s also an underwear worn by men and women. Sounds interesting huh!
