Is it true that a fat loss supplement can also be used to gain weight? I was told that it can also be used to gain weight but you have to take it before meal and if you want to lose weight, it’s vice versa. I think I have to do some research on this one and find out what content/s of this products make it work both in gaining and losing weight just by taking the supplement before or after every meal. I’m really wondering why? And wants to prove if it’s really true, hehehe… Come to think of it, it’s as if you’re using a skin product which can make you looks fairer and at the same time can be used to make you tan. Well, well, well…I guess it’s still better use those products for their intended use.
