When we were having breakfast this morning, my officemate asked me on how to have a flat tummy. She’s slim but is getting conscious of her stomach. Unnecessary fats are starting to show up which isn’t nice. She’s asking me if those weight loss supplements would help. I don’t actually know if it’s advisable so I just told her to try doing sit ups every morning. Of course, she doesn’t want to, hehehe… Most of us want to achieve a nice figure in an easy way! This is what I have to say, whatever ways you want to try doing to achieve your goal, you’ve got to have a good motivation and a whole lot of discipline and perseverance.
