Yesterday, I was chatting with one of my friends in US and she told me that she just got a North Carolina health insurance. Well, I guess she made a right decision because at some point, we all need that. Of course, prayers count a lot but I also understand that she’s considering some practical aspects why she invested on that insurance. It’s a great help because when I was still working, we have also HMO and it really helps even for simple check up where you don’t have to pay for consultations and laboratory tests. And when I got hospitalized, I didn’t pay anything because the insurance provider paid for it. What my friend did is just practical. Anyway, she has a good job, earning so much and spending some dollars on that insurance won’t hurt.
