I worked with a BPO company which is my most recent job. Been with them for more than three years and I had a wonderful experience working with them. Gained good friends and happy memories. I worked there as a Financial Analyst and I can say that I’ve learned a lot. Yes, it’s not a perfect work environment…it’s not a perfect company either, but I treasure my tenure there because I worked with a wonderful team where all the team members including the boss became my good friends. I was asked by a friend if they are offering customer service jobs, and I say yes of course! It’s practically their line of business.
